Troubleshooting – Mowrator NZ
 

If you encounter difficulties with your Mowrator, refer to the following troubleshooting steps. If the problem persists despite following these steps, please do not hesitate to contact our support team at contact@mowrator.nz

Machine

Potential Cause:

  1. The battery is not connected to the machine.
  2. The battery is low.
  3. Other abnormal situations.

Solution:

  1. Connect the battery to the machine.
  2. Charge the battery fully.

Potential Cause:

  • Emergency stop button pressed or not reset

Solution:

  • Reset the emergency stop button on the remote control and the two emergency stop buttons on the vehicle to see if the indicator light turns green

Potential Cause:

  • The machine not placed horizontally triggers lift detection

Solution:

  • Place the machine horizontally and observe whether the tilt protection is still displayed on the remote control

Potential Cause:

  • Remote control, battery, phone battery is too low
  • The phone is not connected to the extranet.

Solution:

  • Charge the remote control, battery, and phone with enough power.
  • Connect the phone to the extranet.

Potential Cause:

  • Check if the battery level is higher than 5%.
  • The remote control will prompt low battery and cannot operate.

Solution:

  • If the battery level is less than 5%, the battery needs to be charged.

Remote Control

Potential Cause:

  • The remote control joystick is not calibrated.
  • The remote control needs to be re-paired with the machine.

Solution:

  • Follow the interface prompts for medication

Potential Cause:

  1. The charger used is not compatible
  2. The USB port is dirty and needs to be cleaned
  3. Battery damage

Solution:

  1. Replace with another charger to see if it can be charged
  2. Clean the USB charging port and check for water and dirt
  3. Replace the remote control battery
  4. Replace charging power cord

Battery

Potential Cause:

  1. The connection between the charger and the battery is not plugged in tightly
  2. Stains or water on the charger or battery connection
  3. Charger damage

Solution:

  1. Connect the charger to the battery plug-in
  2. Clean the battery and charger for dirt
  3. The battery can power up the machine and read the amount of electricity

Potential Cause:

  • The battery communicates with the vehicle for 60s, and if communication fails, it will automatically shut down

Solution:

  • Clean the small hole at the output end of the battery to see if there is any dirt

Auto Dumping

Potential Cause:

  • Stuck by foreign objects when opening or closing

Solution:

  • After cleaning the foreign object, press C2 to remove the fault
